01Do you offer services year-round?+
Yes. Carolina Xtreme’s current site states that services are available year-round.
02Are all power-washing companies alike?+
No. Equipment alone does not determine a safe or effective result. Training, insurance, method selection, chemistry, pressure, and care around the property all matter.
03Why does my exterior get dirty again?+
North Carolina humidity, sun, pollen, and organic growth affect every exterior material over time. Periodic cleaning is normal property maintenance.
04Can you quote without visiting?+
Carolina Xtreme’s experience cleaning more than 1,000 homes helps the team ask the right questions for many estimates. Some properties or scopes may still require additional review.
05Can I schedule regular service?+
Yes. Maintenance can be arranged every three, six, or nine months, annually, or on another cadence that fits the property and service.
06Will pressurized water be forced behind my siding?+
Carolina Xtreme’s low-pressure house-washing system uses pressure similar to a garden hose, unlike aggressive high-pressure washing that can force water where it does not belong.
07Do I need to be home during service?+
Most customers do not. Close all windows, clear the driveway, and leave screened porches and back gates accessible before the crew arrives.
08What is the dark staining on my siding?+
It is often organic growth such as mold or algae. North Carolina moisture and humidity create favorable conditions on exterior surfaces.
09Do exterior windows require chemical soap?+
Carolina Xtreme’s water-fed pole system uses purified, deionized water and specialized brushes, eliminating the need for harsh chemical soap for this exterior process.
10What is the difference between gutter cleaning and gutter scrubbing?+
Gutter cleaning clears debris for function. Gutter scrubbing treats staining on the visible exterior faces. Both can be requested together.
11Do you clean roofs with a pressure washer?+
The current service description specifies SoftWash products and techniques designed for roof materials rather than treating shingles like concrete.
